Registration

When You first download and install OMNIK, You must register to use OMNIK. During registration You are required to give contact information such as Your email address and choose a username and password. We will use this information to contact You about Services and technical inquiry.

Special Offers and Updates

We will occasionally send You information on products, Services, special deals or promotions. You can choose to view these informational notices as You like.

Service-related Announcements

When purchasing an OMNIK product or service we request certain personally identifying information. In making such purchases, You must provide contact and financial information. We collect this information for billing purposes and to fill Your orders only.

You may wish to invite a friend to join OMNIK through OMNIK's referral service. You will enter Your friends' email addresses on a referral web page and OMNIK will invite them to join. If they join OMNIK and sign up for Premium Membership, You may become eligible for rebates, free Services or credit on Your account.

Feedback Information

OMNK uses the information voluntarily submitted on Website feedback forms to improve OMNIK Software, our Services and the Website. OMNIK reserves the right to utilize anonymous feedback submissions for marketing purposes. OMNIK may survey Your experiences in order to measure and improve quality. You are at no time in any obligation to provide any of such data. OMNIK will never use any personally identifiable (feedback) absent Your consent.

Targeted Advertisements/Promotions: Premium Members

In our role of delivering targeted advertisements, OMNIK directs the advertisements of others who tell us the type of audience they way to reach. OMNIK reaches those users meeting the specified criteria of third parties. In this process, the advertiser never has direct access to individual user information. You will only receive special offers via an account tab if You have indicated that You would like to receive them.

Personally identifying information Protection

OMNIK shall not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer any Personal and/or Traffic Data or Communications Content to any third party without Your explicit permission, unless it is obliged to do so under applicable laws or by order of the competent authorities.
