What are the benefits of a Premium Membership?

How do I cancel my Premium Membership?
To cancel your Premium Membership, go to www.omnik.com and sign in to your account. From here you will be able to make the changes that you need.
How do I know when my Premium Membership expires?
Your Premium Membership will remain active until you tell us to cancel it, however, if your sign up period is about to end you will receive an expiration email from us.
If I sign up for OMNIK in the middle of the month, does that mean I miss out on the first several days or weeks of my subscription?
You can sign up for the Premium Membership at anytime. It will start from the day you sign up. The best way to answer this is with an example. If you sign up for the Premium Membership on June 5th we will automatically charge the credit card you provided for your payment plan. Then, your month will go from the 5th to the 4th of the following month, every month. If you cancel at any time during the month, your subscription will remain active until the 4th, at which point your subscription will go from Premium Membership to Free Service.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel my Premium Membership and use the Free Service and visa versa?
Nothing. The same user name and password you used to access the Premium Membership features will still provide you access to the Free Service features. However, Premium Service users have access to features not available with the Free Service.
I have Free Service and now I would like to upgrade. How do I purchase a Premium Membership plan?
Please go to www.omnik.com and sign into your account to change it from there.
I have an account and I'm logged in. Why can't I access my Premium Members benefits, such as my Chat room?
In order to access Premium Members Areas on OMNIK you need a valid membership plan linked to your account. If you had a membership plan before, it might have expired and you need to get a new membership plan. You can make sure by logging in from the website www.omnik.com. You should be able to see if your membership is valid or if there is another problem with your account.

 

If you do have a valid Premium Membership plan and still cannot access the site, please send an email to support@omnik.com. Please include your full contact information, email address you use to login to OMNIK.com and information explaining exactly what your problem is.

What are these premium offers?
Premium members will have the ability to receive offerings from OMNIK tailored specifically to you, your interests and lifestyle. These may include discounts for restaurants, shows or merchandise of YOUR interest. No Spam, no pop-ups, no gimmicks. For example: if you like the outdoors, you might receive a 20% off coupon from a local outdoor apparel retailer. You will need to fill out a form of your interests and then let us do the work. We will list your offerings in your account tab that you can access it if you wantwhenever you want. We believe the savings offered to you will more than pay for the price of OMNIK's Premium Membership.
Will you give out my information to vendors?
No, that information is kept confidential and the vendors will never receive any of your information. Please read our privacy policy.
