How to use YOUR chat room
1. A chat room owner/manager can manage the room from the chat room
window. In the User function area, click on the "Manage Room" button.
The "Manage Room" window appears.
2. You may change the name of the room in the first field. A more
detailed description of the room topic and welcome message can be entered in
the 3rd and 4th fields on the left side of the window.
3. Your chat room can be locked/unlocked by toggling the radio
button "close/open door" setting at the lower left corner, or by setting a password
to restrict users who can enter your chat room to those who know the password.
4. The chat room owner as well as managers can add to a list of users as room
managers. Simply click on "Add" button below the "Room Manager
Setting" area and enter the user ID.
5. On the other hand, the chat room owner and managers can also add
a list of users to be blocked from entering the room. Simply click on the "Add"
button below the "Room Block User User Setting" area and enter the user's
ID.
6. To delete a group you have created, simply click on "Contacts",
"Group Management", "Delete Group", and then select
the group you intend to remove. Note that you have to move out or delete all
the contacts before a group can be deleted.
