Visual "How-to" Guides HomeInstalling OMNIK
1. In a web browser, such as, Internet Explorer, browse to http://www.omnik.com.
2. Click on "Free Download" or "Premiem
Download" button to open up the download page. Currently, there are
two hyperlinks for download servers.
3. Click on one of the download links to start the download procedure.
The Windows download wizard window will pop up.
4. Select "Open" to start the installation wizard
as soon as the download is complete. Note that you may choose "Save"
to store the setup package onto your hard drive and start installation afterward.
5. The following window appears for you to choose the installation
language. The default language is English.
6. Click on "OK" and the following installation
wizard window pops up.
7. Click on "Next >"
8. Read through the license agreement and click on "I
Agree" only if you agree with the statements. Click on "Cancel"
to terminate the installation if you do not agree.
9. The default installation directory is "C:\Program
Files\Klondike\OMNIK", but you may also click on the "Browse�"
button and select a different directory. Click on "Next >"
to install OMNIK on your PC.
10. Choose your Start Menu folder and click on "Install" button
to continue.
11. The installation wizard extracts and installs OMNIK by itself.
Upon completion, the following windows appear.
12. Click on "Finish" to exit the installation
wizard and start using OMNIK. Note that OMNIK automatically pops up the "What's
New" and LaunchPad windows by default.
13. Now you may proceed to register or login.
