1. There are two ways of blocking a user from bothering you.

• Left-click on the user's nickname on your contact list to highlight the user. Then, click on "Actions" and select "Block this user" in the dropdown menu.

• Right-click on the user's nickname on your contact list and select "Block this user" from the popup menu.

2. After the above operation, the user's nickname has the phrase "(Blocked)" appended to it, and he/she cannot text chat or call you until you "unblock" him/her later.

3. To unblock, simply follow tha same procedure as described above and select "Unblock the user."
